Reid Legal Solutions is a U.S.-based DUI and criminal defense firm entering a significant growth phase, and we are seeking an Operations Manager who can build scalable systems, manage remote teams, and partner directly with leadership as the firm expands. We’re not a typical law firm — we combine elite legal expertise, world-class sales systems, and omnipresent marketing to dominate our market.
We are seeking a world-class Operations Manager who will own the systems, people, and processes that drive our growth. This is not a task-doer role. This is a builder-leader role where you design and enforce the engine that powers a multi-million-dollar law firm.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
1. Systems & Workflow Ownership
- Manage and optimize operational tools: Clio, Trello, Google Workspace, CRM dashboards
- Build, document, and enforce SOPs for intake, case management, onboarding, and payments
- Ensure deadlines, tasks, and handoffs are met without fail
- Maintain smooth daily operations and eliminate bottlenecks
2. Team Management
- Oversee VAs, intake staff (“Dragons”), and paralegals as we scale
- Hold team members accountable to daily and weekly KPIs
- Conduct weekly check-ins and leadership syncs
- Provide coaching, structure, and clear expectations
3. Recruiting & Scaling
- Lead recruiting efforts: job postings, resume screening, interviews
- Build a hiring pipeline for intake closers, VAs, and legal support staff
- Onboard and train new team members
- Ensure every hire is integrated into systems & SOPs
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare weekly KPI reports (leads → shows → closes → revenue → collections)
- Track accounts receivable, payment plan performance, and case timelines
- Identify issues early and propose solutions proactively
5. Strategic Partnership
- Work directly with the CEO (Michael) and COO (Sheila)
- Execute operational plans tied to firm-wide growth
- Anticipate needs before they arise
- Refine systems for speed, accountability, efficiency, and scale
Who You Are
- Proven operations management experience (law firm, SaaS, or service industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, project tools (Trello/Asana/ClickUp), and CRMs (Clio, Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel).
- Experience managing remote teams (India/Philippines/global).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- A leader who holds others accountable.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- This is a senior operations role, not a general VA or assistant position.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years Operations Management experience (law firm, SaaS, consulting, or service industry)
- Experience working U.S. hours or supporting U.S.-based companies
- Strong command of English (written + spoken)
Strong proficiency with:
- Google Workspace
- Trello/Asana/ClickUp
- CRM platforms (Clio, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel)
- Demonstrated experience managing remote teams
- Proven ability to build and enforce SOPs
- Strong KPI and data-reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve quickly

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹183,000.00 - ₹266,000.00 per month
