Legal Personal Injury Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. This Case Manager will be responsible for handling a caseload of personal injury claims from intake. This role requires a team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Customer service and a willingness to help others is a must, as well as a professional demeanor.

Duties

  • Manage and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and organization
  • Obtain and organize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documents
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and answer questions
  • Maintain accurate case notes in case management software
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Perform client interviews to gather detailed case information
  • Assist with document review, data entry, filing, and maintaining organized electronic and physical files
  • Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
