Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Process Associate to support onshore and offshore legal teams in a Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) environment. The role involves handling legal documentation, basic technical tasks, and structured process-based work while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal process outsourcing support to onshore and offshore teams.
  • Prepare, format, and manage legal documents using MS Office tools.
  • Manage data and generate reports using MS Excel.
  • Perform basic technical tasks including Hyperlinking, document coding/ Annotation/ Redaction and extraction.
  • Use Adobe PDF for reviewing, editing, and organizing documents.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good proficiency in MS Office and Adobe PDF.
  • Candidates with Strong technical knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Freshers or candidates with prior LPO experience.
  • Willingness to work on-site.
