Position Details:

United Legal is seeking new seeking Registered Process Servers in California to join our ,fast paced rapidly growing team. We are looking for reliable, hardworking, honest, and positive individuals to deliver legal documents to businesses, individuals, banks, and other entities throughout California.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be a current Registered Process Server

You must have your own working vehicle

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have a valid Driver’s License

Must have Reliable phone and internet service.

Must be Proficient in using mobile devices, phone apps and navigation platforms.

Must be physically fit to handle extensive walking, climbing stairs, and standing during deliveries.

Must be able to pass background check

Prior experience as a Registered Process Server is required

Responsibilities:

Serve Papers in a specific area in California

File Court documents

Provide detailed handwritten reports via email.

Track down defendants and use investigative tools to locate and identify parties that need to be served.

Compensation:

Pay depends upon how much work you can successfully do and/or handle.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
