Legal Receptionist - Law Office - 1+ YRS EXP REQUIRED

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and directing them appropriately
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and transferring calls efficiently
  • Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for legal documents, correspondence, and client records
  • Utilize computer skills to prepare documents using Microsoft Office
  • Support office management tasks such as scanning documents, preparing client mailings and email blast campaigns,
  • Maintain phone etiquette standards while managing busy reception areas in a professional manner

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and proofreading skills
  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with administrative procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette is essential
  • Prior experience in legal receptionist role is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
