Pincus Goodman P.C. is seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Legal Receptionist / Office Assistant
to support our growing law firm. This is a
part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role
based on performance and firm needs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and capable of managing a fast-paced front office environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Compensation
$15.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
Schedule appointments and maintain organized calendars
Assist attorneys and staff with administrative and operational tasks
Prepare, organize, and manage documents and office records
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Qualifications
Prior front desk or receptionist experience required
Experience with multi-line phone systems strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Familiarity with QuickBooks or billing software is a plus
Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Additional Information
Legal office experience is a plus but not required
