Small, high-profile executive search and career coaching firm specializing in senior-level legal talent seeks experienced legal recruiter or assistant with strong sales orientation, who likes to talk on the phone and has a persuasive sales personality, to work side-by-side with highly successful legal recruiting senior executive. Opportunity for hourly income, plus monthly bonuses for success in attracting qualified candidates and facilitating meetings with this accomplished professional.

College degree plus prior proven sales capabilities in a service business required. Experience in the legal field, real estate, or other service businesses where talking on the phone to people you don't know, as well as people you do know, comes naturally to you. Experience in legal recruiting and/or legal services preferred to ensure you can quickly "talk the talk" and "walk the walk."

This position requires working well with people, and proof of that ability with recent stable employment references.

Our clients include large and mid-cap companies and AmLaw 200 firms and Boards of Directors, as well as Chief Legal Officers and Senior-Level Law Firm Partners.
