We are a leading executive search firm with specialist teams across multiple sectors, including Legal. Due to growth within our Legal practice, we are looking to hire a Legal Recruiter to join the team in Dubai or London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market mapping and identifying high-calibre legal talent
• Headhunting and proactive outreach
• Confidently calling and engaging candidates
• Managing candidates from the first approach through to placement
• Interview preparation and ongoing candidate care
• Supporting senior mandates, including Partner-level searches

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in legal recruitment (private practice preferred)
• Experience working within legal recruitment (agency or in-house at a law firm)
• 360 recruitment experience (a plus)
• Strong sourcing and headhunting experience
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships
• Experience recruiting qualified lawyers (Associate level and above)
• Exposure to Partner-level sourcing is highly advantageous
