We are a leading executive search firm with specialist teams across multiple sectors, including Legal. Due to growth within our Legal practice, we are looking to hire a
Legal Recruiter
to join the team in Dubai or London.
Key Responsibilities:

Market mapping and identifying high-calibre legal talent

Headhunting and proactive outreach
-
Confidently calling and engaging candidates
-
Managing candidates from the first approach through to placement
-
Interview preparation and ongoing candidate care
-
Supporting senior mandates, including Partner-level searches
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in legal recruitment
(private practice preferred)

Experience working within legal recruitment (agency or in-house at a law firm)
-
360 recruitment experience (a plus)
-
Strong sourcing and headhunting experience
-
Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships
-
Experience recruiting qualified lawyers (Associate level and above)
-
Exposure to Partner-level sourcing is highly advantageous
