Legal Reporting Business Analyst (Hybrid)

We are looking for skilled and motivated professionals who can contribute to data warehouse modeling projects and bring solid experience in banking, data analysis,HBAS and legal reporting processes (TCMB, BDDK, TMSF)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, MIS, CTIS, Economics, Statistics or related fields,
• BAP, PMI-PBA certification will be a plus,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis (in the banking sector) ,
• Experienced in legal reporting and HBAS requirements, with particular expertise in reporting processes for the TCMB, BDDK and TMSF
• Knowledgeable about SDLC and Agile Methodology ,
• Talented in Requirements Gathering and Elicitation ,
• Comfortable with Business Analysis Modeling tools ,
• Good command of SQL ,
• Good at UI design , and keen on UX principles ,
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus,
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills,
• Eager to learn and adapt new concepts ,
• Proactive and a good team player.

What You’ll Do?

• Gathering, negotiating, and documenting the requirements,
• Creating WBS , defining dependencies, and providing cost estimations to support project planning efforts,
• Preparing light-weight functional specification documents and test scenarios ,
• Contributing to the technical design and development to ensure all business needs are satisfied,
• Supporting legal reporting and HBAS requirements, including those of the TCMB, BDDK, TMSF and other compliance obligations
• Performing functional testing , giving UAT support , and executing regression testing to eliminate any defects,
• Preparing/updating User Manuals ,
• Providing third-level support of the product.
