About the Role:

Alhuqooq Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on practical experience with the electronic judicial systems across the UAE, enabling efficient case management and legal proceedings through digital platforms.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited university

• Minimum 2 years of legal work experience within the UAE

Required Experience in Electronic Judicial Systems:

Candidates must demonstrate proven working knowledge of the following e-systems:

1. Dubai Courts Electronic System — including all e-services and case filing portals
2. 2. Dubai Public Prosecution System (Dubai Niyaba)
3. 3. Rental Disputes Settlement Centre — Dubai (RDSC)
4. 4. Sharjah Courts Electronic System
5. 5. Abu Dhabi Judicial Department System (ADJD)
6. 6. Federal Judicial System — UAE Ministry of Justice

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and file/track cases electronically across various judicial platforms

• Manage and follow up on case files through the electronic portals of Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and federal courts

• Submit legal memoranda, pleadings, and documents electronically in accordance with applicable procedures

• Prepare legal reports and analyze newly issued legislation and regulations

• Coordinate with judicial authorities and monitor hearing schedules

• Assist in drafting legal correspondence, defense memoranda, and statements of claim

Required Skills:

• Full proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) — mandatory

• Good command of English

• Strong knowledge of UAE federal and local laws and legislation

• Advanced analytical and legal research skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
