Legal Sales Specialist

Our rapidly-growing law practice is seeking a CA-licensed attorney to join our team as a full-time legal intake specialist! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding, and do data entry.

We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior legal intake experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today! Significant performance-related bonus potential.

$100,000 + Bonus

• Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency
• Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base
• Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload
• Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files
• Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner

• Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria in collaboration with the firm's attorneys.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Sales or customer service experience highly valued

• Previous legal intake experience required.
• Licensed attorney in California.
