Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assists them in making clients appointments, assures their comfort and directs them to the proper staff or consultant; maintains a calendar of appointments as needed; and respond to public inquiries.
2. Sends daily case-relevant updates to clients/lawyers/consultants, maintains, and prepares weekly courts schedule ensuring its distribution to all lawyers.
3. Answers telephones, screens calls, forwards calls and /or records and forwards messages accurately if needed.
4. Receives, sorts, and distributes mail within the office; files correspondence and other materials as required.
5. Types forms, form letters and other documents as required at acceptable levels of speed and accuracy; collates and photocopies materials as necessary; maintains supply of forms as needed.
6. Filing; maintains necessary files; sorts, files and retrieves documents and records as necessary.
7. Knowledge of the online notary system for legal notice attestation.
8. Attends required training for Case Engine Case Management System and updates system as required in UAE Legal system.
9. Maintains client confidentiality strictly in conformance with the firm confidentiality policy and UAE laws and regulations.
10. Other duties as assigned.

✓ Ability to follow, apply, interpret, and explain instructions and/or guidelines.
✓ Ability to determine work priorities, and to make decisions and take appropriate actions.
✓ Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with coworkers, clients and visitors; cultural sensitivity and ability to relate well and effectively in diverse workplace and with a diverse client population.
✓ Typing ability at required speed and accuracy.
✓ Considerable knowledge of necessary legal & business English/Arabic, spelling and punctuation, office practices and procedures.
✓ Ability to organize, efficiently document and routinely update information; ability to apply procedures to work problems and situations.
✓ Familiarity with current Windows operating systems and proficiency in required software, including currently supported versions of Windows applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
✓ Ability to operate and trouble-shoot general office equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers, etc.)
✓ Flexibility in responding courteously to immediate needs of visitors and callers; ability to establish priorities and maintain productivity despite numerous interruptions.
✓ Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area Education
Relevant Qualification:
- 1 - 3 years experience in Legal Studies, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Must speak and understand both English and Arabic
- knowledge for UAE Laws
