Small law firm in Pittsburgh, PA that specializes in real estate is seeking a legal secretary for the owner. You will be required to type legal documents and letters, prepare all documents for real estate closings, perform bookkeeping duties, answer phone calls, and respond to emails . The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who has strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Typing legal documents.
  • Transcribing dictation.
  • Answering phones.
  • Preparing and sending correspondence.
  • Receiving and responding to emails.
  • General bookkeeping.
  • Managing service providers.
  • Filing and organizing a wide variety of legal and business documents.
  • Maintaining and updating office files, records, and databases.
  • Maintaining office equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
