Job Description:

Dr. Youssef Al-Sharif Advocates & Legal Consultants is seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Secretary to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to lawyers and legal staff, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing correspondence, emails, and phone communications

Drafting, formatting, and typing legal documents and reports

Organizing and maintaining legal files and records

Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates

Assisting lawyers in case preparation and documentation

Handling client reception and coordination professionally

Managing office administration and daily workflow

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Administrative Assistant in a law firm

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
