Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego County, CA, for a Spanish bilingual Legal Secretary. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for assisting attorneys/paralegals with clerical and administrative tasks and maintaining organized records and diaries. Additional duties include scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient daily office operations. The role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. This is a full-time position in downtown San Diego. It is NOT a remote position. Qualifications
Clerical and Diary Management skills. Including managing office correspondence and administrative tasks such as answering phones and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines. Communicate with existing clients in person, by phone and email. Maintain client confidentiality.
Ensuring client billing is processed properly. Perform basic administrative tasks, organize documents, copy, scan and file.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in office software and legal management tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a legal environment or as a Legal Assistant preferred but not required.
