Legal Secretary Assistant-Part-Time

Part-time legal secretary assistant with strong organizational abilities needed for a busy litigation firm in Franklin, MA. Must be able to manage the following core responsibilities:

Administrative & Clerical Support including drafting, proof reading and formatting legal documents and correspondence, transcribing attorney dictation, organizing and maintaining physical and electronic legal files and managing attorney calendars.

Legal Document Management including filing documents with courts and other entities, tracking and maintaining deadlines, assisting with preparation of discovery materials and ensuring accuracy of legal filings. Experience with legal document management systems a plus.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination including greeting clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, coordinating client intake, liaise with courts and vendors on behalf of attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of the day to day office responsibilities.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma,or higher preferred, previous experience in a legal, administrative or office support role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information, and experience with AI and AI- related software a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
