Legal Secretary - Civil Litigation Experience Required

Spinelli, Donald & Nott is a very busy AV Rated civil litigation law firm in Sacramento seeks full-time Legal Secretary with litigation experience. The applicant will work on public entity and insurance defense matters, and personal injury litigation. This position requires a candidate with excellent communication skills and initiative, positive attitude and ability to work with others in a team environment. Must have exceptional people and customer service skills, and professional interaction with clients, opposing counsel and witnesses. Must be familiar with MS Word, Outlook and Abacus.

Experience Must Include:

• Federal and State Court Procedures; Calendaring Skills; Preparing Legal Documents/Correspondence; Organizing Discovery and Subpoenas; Transcription; Proof Reading and Composition; Law and Motion; Trial Preparation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
