Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our legal staff and assist in various legal tasks.
Duties:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, e-filing, among other things.
- Draft emails and correspondence
- Transcribe dictations/meetings
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
- Manage projects/tasks efficiently to ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle clerical tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc.
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in preparing for trials and hearings, including organizing exhibits and documents.
- Communicate with clients professionally and assist in resolving inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role.
- Familiarity with word and adobe
- Strong ability to learn quickly and gather relevant information efficiently.
- Experience in law office a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be able to multi task and stay organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

- MUST BE CLOSE TO LANGHORNE PA WITH RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION THIS HAS NO OPPORTUNITY FOR REMOTE WORK - ALL WORK IS IN OFFICE
- MUST BE WILLING TO START WITHIN 2 WEEKS
- RATE DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
