Tasks & duties

• Research and analyze laws and regulations to ensure the organization is in compliance
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings or negotiations
• Provide legal advice to different departments within the organization
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization
