Legal Specialist

The Legal Specialist will provide legal support to the organization across all matters, with a particular focus on construction and infrastructure-related laws, including contracts, court representation, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. The role ensures that all activities align with applicable laws and regulations while minimizing legal risks.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction and subcontract agreements
• Conduct legal due diligence for projects and transactions
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and construction requirements
• Represent the company before courts and government authorities
• Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and project teams
• Liaise with external law firms and regulatory bodies
• Maintain and update legal records, contracts, and case files
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management accordingly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• 4-5 years of relevant legal experience (preferably in construction sector)
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, contracts, and regulations
• Experience in handling contracts and legal documentation
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and government procedures
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
