Legal Support Representative (Saturdays and Sundays)

At Legal Support Services, we’re seeking dedicated Legal Support Representatives to join our team! You’ll play a key role as the first step in onboarding new clients, ensuring both the firm and our clients are set up for success. In addition to onboarding, you’ll also assist with follow-up tasks and provide continued support throughout the client’s case journey.

Required Qualifications:

• Confident, clear communicator who takes initiative and handles challenges calmly.
• Assumptive communication style — you’re comfortable leading conversations and guiding clients toward decisions.
• Ability to overcome objections with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday.

What You'll Do:

• Onboard new clients and confirm they meet the required case qualifications.
• Compile important information/data and ensure accuracy.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence for projects.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and other partners.

Pay and Benefits:

• The standard pay rate is $15 per hour from Monday through Saturday, and $17 per hour on Sundays.
