Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Notary Public to join our team. The ideal candidate will have their notary or in the process of getting it. They will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of documents, and providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Videotaping Zoom depositions

Videotaping in person depositions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments and tasks effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
• Proficient typing skills for documentation purposes.
• Familiarity with phone systems for effective client interaction.
• Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities are essential for ensuring document accuracy.
