Live and work in one of Utah’s most beautiful destinations! We’re seeking motivated individuals from Utah County to join our Bear Lake bakery team for the summer season. Housing is provided – all you need to bring is a great attitude.

Hours: Mornings/Evenings, Saturdays and Holidays (Sundays off)

Job Purpose & Impact

• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Assist customers with over-the-counter service and orders over the phone.
• Provide a positive experience for every customer.
• Set the atmosphere for our customers and entire sales team.
• Help build the company's success with their friendly, helpful, and can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Start each day by traying up and staging products in the bakery lobby for customer convenience and sales efficiency.
• Assist with cleaning daily/weekly/monthly tasks to keep the bakery clean, sanitary, and up to company standards and city codes.
• Offer to assist customers to their vehicles or open doors for customers if possible.
• Provide knowledgeable information on products and assist with sales by understanding the customer's needs.
• Keep track of numbers throughout the day and document when items sell out and how many donuts are left over at the end of the day.

Skills & Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Food handlers permit required
• Ability to balance counter service, DoorDash, and answering phones
• Efficient and accurate in a fast-paced environment
• Customer and phone etiquette
• Applicant must be able to work in a team, communicate, be willing to learn, have a can-do attitude, be punctual, and have problem-solving skills.
• Experience with POS systems, food and beverage handling, and cleanliness
• Applicant must be able to lift up to 45 lbs, walk and stand for long periods, and hear customers.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
