Duties

• Attend vehicle inspections with clients, inspectors, and legal team members to ensure timely evaluations.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to lemon law claims, including reports from vehicle inspections.
• Support litigation processes through document review, proofreading, transcription, and data entry tasks.
• Maintain organized records of all case-related correspondence, inspection reports, and legal documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams via phone etiquette and professional correspondence to facilitate smooth operations.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing skills for drafting reports, legal summaries, and correspondence; proofreading for accuracy is essential.
