Lending Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring Lending Executives for PhonePe to promote lending products such as personal loans, merchant loans, and credit offerings. The role involves field sales, visiting nearby merchants/customers, explaining loan products, and assisting with documentation. Candidates must be target-oriented and comfortable with field work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote PhonePe lending and credit products
• Visit merchants/customers in assigned area
• Explain loan process and assist with documentation
• Achieve daily targets and report to ASM/Sales Manager
• Maintain strong relationships with merchants

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate preferred (12th pass can apply)
• Sales or field work experience preferred
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Willing to work 6 days a week (10 AM – 7 PM)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,340.73 - ₹22,000.00 per month
