Lettings Negotiator (Sales Executive – Real Estate Rentals)

About the Role

We are hiring a Lettings Negotiator, which is a sales-based role in the real estate rental sector. In simple terms, your job will be to help clients rent properties and successfully close rental deals.

This is a remote position, so you will be working from home. If you are confident, target-driven, and enjoy sales and client dealing, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and deal with potential clients looking to rent properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings (virtually or by coordinating with relevant teams)
• Negotiate rental terms between landlord and tenant
• Close rental deals successfully
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Excellent English speaking and communication skills (must be fluent and confident)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Sales mindset and target-oriented attitude
• Preferably completed education (candidates who have finished their studies will be preferred)
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus (not mandatory)
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently
