Level 2 Mobile Technician

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Level 2 Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile phone repair and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair iphones.
• Perform Level 2 repairs such as screen replacement, body change, and other things.
• Ensure all repairs are completed within the given time and quality standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of repairs and parts used.
• Follow safety procedures and company repair guidelines.
• Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of mobile repair and troubleshooting.
• Freshers can apply but must have prior hands-on repair experience in their hometown or local shop.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues accurately.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a Iphone or repair shop or service center.
• Ability to handle multiple repair tasks efficiently.
