Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Level 2 System Engineer with MSP experience to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. This position focuses on supporting and maintaining client environments, resolving escalated technical issues, and working closely with Level 1 technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.

This is an in-office position only. MSP experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows-based server and workstation environments
• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues related to systems, networking, and cloud services
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user access, and security configurations
• Assist with network administration including LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and switches
• Support Azure environments including virtual machines, backups, and basic cloud services
• Maintain and support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Document systems, processes, and resolutions clearly and consistently
• Collaborate with Level 1 technicians and assist with training and technical guidance
• Deliver professional, responsive customer support aligned with MSP best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong MSP background (required)
• 6+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a managed services environment
• Solid experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Working knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting Azure and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple client environments efficiently
