Job Overview

AllPhase Protection LLC is currently hiring professional Armed Security Officers for seasonal assignments at high-traffic water park locations. This is a great opportunity for officers looking for consistent summer work with potential for ongoing assignments.

We are seeking dependable, professional individuals who take pride in their appearance, communication, and presence.

Schedule

• Start Date: May 2, 2026
• Season Ends: September 13, 2026
• Shifts:
• Must be available weekends and holidays
• Weekday shifts available during peak season
• Schedule aligns with park operating hours
• Officers are expected to be on-site:
• 30 minutes before opening
• 30 minutes after closing

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong visual deterrent presence
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas
• Perform access control and bag checks if required
• Conduct routine patrols of the property
• Respond to incidents and assist guests/staff as needed
• Write clear and detailed incident reports

Requirements

• Valid Texas Level III (Armed) Security License
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Must be reliable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in event, venue, or park security
• First Aid / CPR certified
