Level 3 Security Officer- Flex

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant armed Level 3 Security Officer to join our security team. This job position consists of different onsite security locations and overnight patrol shifts. With some evenings. This is an OVERNIGHT position.

Duties:

• Provide visible and proactive security presence throughout the facility to deter and prevent any potential threats to vehicles and property.
• Assist other TriForce security officers who are assigned at other locations.
• Must be trained, certified and have experience in maintaining the safety of their on-duty firearm.
• Demonstrate excellent conflict management skills or de-escalation tactics and the ability to handle stressful situations.
• Conduct foot patrols of the facility to identify and address any security concerns.
• Respond promptly and safely to any vehicle alarms or suspicious activity. Investigate and report any criminal activity observed on site.
• Communicate with first responders when reporting crimes or medical assistance for the public.
• Become familiar in using a report writing software program, to report any incidents while on duty.
• Enforce property rules and procedures to the residents and guests of the location.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with the public or residents.
• Experience in radio communications and have knowledge on radio etiquette.
• Manage or de-escalate any conflicts to maintain a peaceful and safe environment for all individuals on location.
• Check all exterior doors of the property to make sure all doors are locked.

Requirements:

• Be physically fit and able to perform the duties of the role without restrictions.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must have report writing skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must acquire excellent communication skills for the public.
• Must have a clean criminal history.
• Possess a valid and eligible security license, also known as a guard card.
• Have a strong background in the security field as a Level 3 or higher.
