Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Level B Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will perform essential maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal operation and safety. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth functioning of operations by diagnosing issues promptly and executing high-quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oil changes, brakes, tires, suspension work
• Basic diagnostics and issue identification
• Maintain service records
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems
• Assist in training junior team members on maintenance procedures when needed
• Roadside assistance, on call

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience
• Strong fundamentals and speed
• Coachable and reliable

Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues accurately using appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform repairs or replacements of faulty components in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

• Proven experience as a mechanic with a solid understanding of mechanical systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams clearly
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in maintenance work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
