Level Designer(New Grad)

We’re looking for a Junior Level Designer to craft fun, satisfying, and well-balanced levels for our upcoming games. You’ll play a key role in shaping the player journey and overall game flow.

Responsibilities

• Design and balance new levels aligned with core mechanics
• Analyze player behavior to optimize the difficulty curve and progression
• Collaborate closely with developers and artists to ensure a cohesive gameplay experience
• Iterate on level designs based on feedback and performance data
• Build and test levels directly in Unity

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of level design principles
• A good sense for mobile puzzle or casual gameplay
• Basic familiarity with Unity
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback

Nice to Have

• Experience with hybrid-casual or puzzle games
• Experience with visual or organizational tools (e.g. Figma, Miro)
• Knowledge of data analysis
• Level design portfolio or playable project
