Lia Toyota Northampton - Dispatcher

REQUIREMENTS:

Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent

Basic Computer skills

This position requires rotating weekend coverage

Proper phone etiquette

Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously

Must be a team player

Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have a clean and valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Log all work to go into the repair shop

Track current work in the shop

Dispatch work to the proper technician

Assist the service advisor as needed

Set service appointments as needed

Assist in answering service calls as needed

Will work closely with service advisors and service technicians
