What You’ll Do
Duties & responsibilities (upon successful completion of training)
-
Determine coverage and liability.
-
Determine liability (who's at fault for the damages)
-
Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
-
Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
-
Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims.

Document activities in claim file notes in clear, complete & concise manner.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:

2 years of relevant work experience
-
Some college experience preferred
Required Skills:

Customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Compensation
-
$22.00/ hour (rate increase to 53K salary upon successful completion of training and obtaining Property & Casualty license.)
