Liaison cum Draughtsman Civil

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Architectural Detailer/Drafter is responsible for the development of project specific details and the preparation and coordination of clear, concise drawings.

· Experienced and detail-oriented Senior Draftsman to lead the coordination of architectural drawings, details and documentation required for regulatory approvals.

· Assessing the Architectural plans, feasibility and details given by design architect from sanction point of view.

.Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed for submissions.

· Preparing stage wise building permission drawings.

· Getting verified the prepared sanction drawings from Managing Director and respective Architect.

· Preparing drawings for Online Portals, Fire NOC, PCB NOC drawings and various different authority approvals at various stages whenever required.

· Creating record drawings after the completion of project before project handover.

· Proficient in Auto CAD.

SKILLS:

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural drafting software.

· Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permit processes.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Liaisoning: 5 years (Preferred)
