Position Description
Under the supervision of the Library Services Supervisor, this position provides the highest level possible of exemplary customer service in all aspects of specialized library services. Responsibilities include helping customers of all ages define their information needs, identifying and locating appropriate resources, evaluating the quality of the resources, assisting with planning and providing age-appropriate classes and events, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position interacts with library patrons, fellow employees, and other service providers.

What We're Looking For

• Master’s degree in library science.
• Two years of professional library experience with exposure to public service and reference.
• Valid Texas Class C Drivers' License.

Typical Work Schedule: Weekdays and Saturdays
