Library Cleaner

Details:

• Department: Operations
• Schedule: Friday: 6pm to 10pm, Saturday: 5pm to 9pm, and every third Sunday: 5pm to 9pm
• Starting Pay: $18.51 per hour ($27.77 per hour on Sunday)
• Availability: Immediate

Position Description

This position is responsible for performing routine building cleaning tasks. This is manual work requiring efficient performance of basic building-cleaning duties. A Cleaner works under immediate supervision on recurring assignments and receives specific instructions on each new or unusual assignment. Does related work as required.

Position Requirements

• Working knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment, and the ability to use them economically and efficiently.
• Ability to understand and follow simple oral and written directions, and willingness to perform janitorial tasks.
• Thoroughness, dependability, and good physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.

Pay: $18.51 per hour
