The Toccoa-Stephens County Public Library is seeking a full-time Library Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff and volunteers, and ensure exceptional service for all patrons.

This role includes supervising staff, managing budgets and programs, supporting community partnerships, and maintaining a welcoming, well-run library environment.

Position Details:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week, weekdays + periodical weekends)
  • Leadership, supervision, and community engagement focus
  • Opportunity to shape programs and services for all ages

Qualifications:

  • Library experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years related experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Salary range is $48,000 - $50,000, dependent on qualifications.

This position participates in the Teacher’s Retirement System of Georgia and an opportunity to participate in the State Health Benefit Plan. Generous vacation and sick leave are provided to full-time library employees.
