Library Paraprofessional

Job Summary
The Kewaskum School District has an opening for a Library Paraprofessional to manage the operational tasks of the high school library. The high school library paraprofessional is responsible for supervising students who are in the library and oversees the check in/check out of materials. This person also is responsible for processing student chromebooks in need of repair, and issuing temporary chromebooks to students in need.

Essential Functions:

• Organize, maintain, and promote the library’s resources.
• Assist Library Media Specialist and classroom teachers with instructional and administrative tasks.
• Provide student small group support.
• Supervise students in non-instructional settings.

High School Diploma required.
Previous experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting preferred.

Pay: From $17.24 per hour
