We are looking for someone who loves libraries, loves technology, and can speak the language of both. If you’re a librarian or have worked in a library and are handy when it comes to computer software, this might be the opportunity for you!
As a Library Software Sales and Support Advisor, you will help libraries learn about our software and services and whether we might be a good fit for their needs. This includes answering questions, giving online demos, preparing quotes, and following up. After the sale, you will assist clients with their questions about using the software and help troubleshoot any problems they encounter. You will also be involved in creating written and other content for both sales and support such as how-to articles and short videos.
This is a part-time (20-30 hours), work-from-home position. Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 to 5:30 Eastern Time. The position has potential to move to full time.

Starting pay is $20/hour during initial study and learning period (usually 3-6 months) then up to $23/hour plus sales commission when proficient enough to assist clients independently. All employees earn paid vacation days, personal days, and sick leave based on tenure.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
