Library Technician

Description:

Do you love books, organization, and helping students discover the joy of reading? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, student-friendly Library Technician for the 2026-2027 school year to support our school library and create a welcoming, engaging space for all learners. This is a part-time position (schedule is flexible depending on candidate).

• Supporting the daily operations of a student-centered school library
• Helping students find books they love and fostering a lifelong passion for reading
• Organizing, cataloging, and maintaining library materials and resources
• Collaborating with teachers to support classroom learning and research

Qualifications:

● Two years of postsecondary education and/or associate’s degree

● Experience working with children preferred

● Collaborative, detail-oriented, and flexible

● Ability to work in fast-paced environment and take initiative

● Catholic or comfortable working in Catholic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
