Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, and body treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their individual needs and recommend personalized skincare routines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a pleasant environment.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guarantee client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician license.
• Proven experience as an Esthetician.
• Excellent knowledge of skincare treatments and products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to sell retail at a $30.00 Basket.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced skincare treatments, such as chemical peels and microdermabrasion.
• Experience with makeup application and techniques.
• Experience with sales and product recommendations.

Skills
