Pay & Growth Opportunity

The listed hourly rate reflects the standard post-probationary pay. All new hires begin with a 90-day probationary period at an introductory rate. Following a performance review, team members who meet expectations in performance, reliability, client satisfaction, and overall contribution will be eligible for an increase to the standard rate.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, professional, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare, enjoys educating clients, and is committed to delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials and other aesthetic services offered by Serenity Esthetics
• Conduct client consultations and skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and product usage
• Maintain accurate treatment records and client notes
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and prepared according to company standards
• Promote and support retail skincare sales through product education and recommendations
• Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Current Esthetician License in the state of employment
• Previous experience in a spa, med spa, or aesthetics environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and client consultation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and retail experience is a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare goals

Work Environment

Pay: $25.00 - $33.80 per hour
