License Massage Therapist/ Esthetician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional client care, following Hidden Gem Spa protocals. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing clients needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality massage therapy services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness.

Duties

• Conduct thorough clients assessments to understand individual needs and health conditions.
• Provide a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage,trigger point therapy,Swedish massage,hotstone massage following Hidden Gem Spa Protocols.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client's assessments and feedback.
• Educate client's on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, clients progress and rebooking clients for future.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.
• Be a team player, greet clients, check in clients/check out clients, offer water, perform excellent massage and rebook next appointments.
• Need to do side choirs (cleaning massage room,changing sheets,laundry,etc) to maintainf clean and healthy Spa atmosphere.
• Stay updated on advancements in massage therapy techniques and willing to learn and further career with the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with knowledge of anatomy and physiology, need at least 2 years of experience in massage therapy.
• Proficiency in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage,trigger point therapy, swedish,hotstone etc.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to the field of massage therapy and promoting massage accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional service.
• Previous experience in aspa or similar environment is preferred and required at least 2 years of experience.

ESTHETICIANS:

We are a growing salon and spa seeking a skilled part-time esthetician, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the field and a commitment to building a long-term clientele. We also offer training for the right individual, and we’d love someone experienced in facials, waxing, and lash services.
