Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Master Esthetician with a minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience working in a Medspa environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, confident performing advanced skincare and laser treatments, motivated by client results, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a full-time or part-time position with opportunities for growth, advanced training, and future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments and advanced skincare services
• Conduct professional consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Perform body contouring, sculpting, skin tightening, and wellness treatments
• Assist with and perform laser treatments within Washington State licensing guidelines
• Perform treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels, Hydrafacial-type services, RF treatments, and other advanced aesthetic procedures
• Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare products, and home care recommendations
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards
• Recommend and retail professional skincare products
• Support client retention and overall spa growth initiatives
• Confidently recommend treatment plans, packages, memberships, and retail products
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and treatment technologies
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, grow, and advance professionally

Requirements

• Current Washington State Master Esthetician License (Required)
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a Medspa setting (Required)
• Experience performing advanced facial treatments and skin analysis
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong sales, consultation, and client retention skills
• Evening and weekend availability preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with laser hair removal, IPL, skin rejuvenation, resurfacing, and other laser technologies
• Experience with RF Microneedling, radiofrequency skin tightening, body contouring, and non-invasive aesthetic devices
• Knowledge of medical aesthetic treatments and treatment planning
• Experience working alongside medical providers in a Medspa environment
• Strong retail sales and client retention skills
• Existing client following is a plus but not required
