Licensed Aesthetician – Bilingual (Spanish/English) | Health & Wellness Spa

We are seeking a Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing wellness team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for skincare, holistic health, and client care. Our spa offers acupuncture, nutrition, and wellness services, and we’re looking for someone who is not only skilled in aesthetics but can also contribute to the daily front desk operations and support our social media presence.

Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality aesthetic services with professionalism and care
• Greet clients, manage appointment scheduling, and answer phone calls/messages
• Assist with taking videos, photos, and posting on social media platforms
• Respond to online messages and engage with our community
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Help support our wellness mission through excellent service

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Aesthetician in Arizona
• Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
• Previous spa experience preferred
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Comfortable with basic video/photo content creation and social media posting
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
