We are a new fully renovated luxury Plastic Surgery & Medspa on Commonwealth Avenue seeking a full-time licensed aesthetician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales, build client loyalty, and provide advanced skincare treatments in a boutique, high-end setting.
This position requires that you wear many hats including covering the front desk and admin work as you build your clientele.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and retain clients by recommending treatments, packages, and medical-grade skincare products.
- Build strong long-term relationships, creating loyalty and trust with each patient.
- Perform advanced aesthetic services including: Custom facials, Microneedling, Chemical peels, Lymphatic drainage massage, and other non-invasive treatments.
- Assist physicians, physician assistants, and nurses as needed.
- Maintain, clean, and sanitize treatment rooms and instruments.
- Restock treatment rooms, manage supplies, linens, and gowns according to practice protocol.
- Support front office duties to ensure a seamless luxury patient experience.
- Document treatments, patient interactions, and follow-ups in EMR/CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Licensed Esthetician in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical spa, luxury spa, or high-end aesthetic environment.
- Proven ability to sell treatments and products while maintaining a consultative, client-first approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and ability to educate clients confidently.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
- Multilingual skills a plus.
