Licensed Esthetician (Part-Time / 1099 Contractor)

Position Overview

Divine Rejuvenation Medical Aesthetics is seeking a licensed Esthetician to join a growing, NP-led medical aesthetics clinic.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality skincare services, creating a luxury client experience, and supporting clinic growth through client acquisition and treatment conversion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated esthetician who wants to grow within a medical aesthetics environment.

Position Type

• Part-Time or 1099 Contractor
• Flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends as needed)
• Services performed onsite at clinic location

Compensation

• Commission-based structure
• 30%–40% per service performed
• 10%–15% on retail product sales
• Growth opportunity within expanding clinic

(Final compensation determined based on experience)

Core Responsibilities1. Client Experience

• Deliver high-quality, customized skincare services
• Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming treatment environment
• Provide an elevated, luxury-level client experience

2. Skincare Services (Within Scope)

Perform services including:

• Customized facials
• Acne treatments
• Superficial chemical peels
• Microdermabrasion
• Hydration / glow treatments
• Post-procedure support facials

All services must follow clinic protocols and California scope of practice.

3. Client Education & Conversion

• Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment plans
• Identify candidates for advanced services including:
• Neurotoxins
• Dermal fillers
• Weight loss programs

All medical treatments must be referred to the Provider.

4. Retail Sales

• Recommend clinic-approved skincare products
• Support treatment packages and bundled offerings
• Maintain strong product knowledge

5. Lead Generation & Growth

• Contribute to client acquisition through:
• Personal network
• Social media engagement
• Community outreach
• Support consistent booking and client retention

Clinical & Legal Boundaries

This position operates under a medical aesthetics clinic.

The Esthetician may NOT:

• Perform injections
• Provide medical advice
• Recommend medications
• Diagnose or interpret medical conditions

All medical services are performed by the Provider.

Qualifications

• Active California Esthetician License
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to convert clients
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience in medical aesthetics preferred but not required
