Licensed Aesthetician

4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions is looking for a licensed aesthetician to join our team. A great fit would be someone with formal training, experience, and passion for anti-aging medicine, integrative wellness, and medical aesthetics.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding social media, cross-selling sales, and customer service skills, as well as the knowledge to educate and provide guidance to our clients about anti-aging and medical aesthetic procedures and treatments to attain their desired goals. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, & EXPECTATIONS

• Maintain a high-level standard of client service
• Perform various aesthetic services such as custom facials, Hydrafacials, SkinPen microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, etc
• Recommends various aesthetician treatments and skin regimens based on client consultations
• Flexibility to work as front desk associate when not with a patient
• Assist with social media content creation & posting on all 4ever Young social media accounts
• Cross-sell and upsell other appropriate 4Ever Young services
• Ensure patient's safety, comfort, and smooth flow of patient care
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for treatments through proper documentation
• Professional appearance reflecting industry and 4Ever Young brand standards
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends to attend community events

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a practicing aesthetician
• Preferred: experience as a medical aesthetician including services such as HydraFacial, micro needling, chemical peels & lasers.
• Very active on social media with a large following; skilled at organic social media marketing
• Proven sales experience with the ability to cross-sell and upsell appropriate services
• Must be a team player, a self-starter, and motivated to grow and develop
• Stay current on 4Ever Young services & products and industry trends in anti-aging medicine & aesthetics
• Must be a licensed aesthetician in Pennsylvania, license must be current and in good standing

• Base Pay: $20+ per hour plus highly competitive commission & bonuses
