Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized skincare solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver professional makeup application and nail care services to enhance clients’ overall look.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and the benefits of various treatments through clear communication.
• Demonstrate product demos and promote retail sales to support clients’ ongoing skincare goals.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations to continually elevate service quality.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Certified or Licensed Aesthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Experience performing esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and deep tissue massage is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Proficiency in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to educate clients on skincare products and perform engaging product demos that drive retail sales.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and aftercare instructions.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
